I understand that getting your cake and desserts to your venue safely and beautifully is a top priority. While I personally bake and design every cake, I have a small, dedicated delivery team that I've personally trained to handle the transportation and setup with the same care and attention to detail that I would. Our delivery and setup services are designed to provide a seamless and stress-free experience.
What's Included:
Careful Transport: My delivery team and I take every precaution to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. This includes using specialized equipment like CakeSafes for larger cakes, secure packaging, and climate-controlled dessert packaging.
Professional Setup: We'll carefully place your cake, arrange any accompanying decorations (like fresh flowers), and ensure your dessert display looks stunning.
Timely Delivery: We'll work with you to schedule a delivery time that fits your event timeline.
Peace of Mind: We handle all the logistics so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
Delivery Fees:
Our delivery fees are based on distance, complexity, and the level of service required.
Local Delivery (within 10 miles of Salem):
Small cakes (1-2 tiers, drop-off): $50 (drop-offs are subject to availability and require a $500 minimum order during spring/fall peak seasons).
Larger cakes (2+ tiers, requiring CakeSafe, drop off): $75-$125
Delivery & setup: $125+
Standard Delivery & Setup (10-50 miles): $200
Extended Delivery & Setup (50-100 miles): $300
Premium Delivery & Setup (over 100 miles): $300 + $2 per mile roundtrip
Additional Fees:
Peak Season Surcharge (May-June, September-October): $100
This helps us manage the high demand during peak wedding season.
Additional Setup (if required): $50 per hour (1-hour minimum)
Complex floral arrangement and/or dessert bar displays may require additional set up time.
Friday, Sunday & Holiday Deliveries
We're happy to accommodate Friday, Sunday, or holiday deliveries whenever possible. We understand that sometimes celebrations fall on special days, and we want to be there to help you create a memorable event! To reflect the adjustments we need to make to our schedule to deliver on these days, an additional surcharge applies.
Friday Deliveries: Due to my focus on preparing for Saturday weddings, Friday deliveries may be limited and are subject to a surcharge. Please inquire for availability and pricing.
Sunday Deliveries: Sunday is my typical day off, so deliveries on this day are subject to a surcharge. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

Travel Time & Expenses: This includes gas, vehicle maintenance, tolls, and the time spent driving to and from your venue. Longer distances and deliveries outside of Salem require more time and resources, which is reflected in our pricing.
Specialized Equipment: We use specialized equipment like CakeSafes to transport your cakes safely, and temperature controlled catering bags for dessert bars. This helps ensure your cake and desserts arrives in perfect condition.
Labor Costs: Our team carefully handles the delivery and setup process, ensuring your cake and desserts are displayed beautifully. This includes careful handling, arranging decorations, and coordinating with your venue.
Timely Delivery: We carefully plan our delivery schedule to ensure your cake arrives on time and in pristine condition. This requires coordination and flexibility, especially during peak wedding season.
