I’ve spent years perfecting these cakes to ensure every layer is moist, balanced, and rich. We don't do "sugar-shock" here. My goal is for you to actually taste the flavor of the cake, not just the sweetness.

Each cake is finished in my signature Swiss Meringue buttercream. It’s silky, smooth, and less sweet than traditional frosting. Unless noted otherwise in the flavor descriptions below, all cakes are covered in our classic Vanilla Swiss Meringue.

White Wedding: A classic vanilla-almond butter cake that’s anything but boring. Plush, flavorful, and quietly decadent. It’s the kind of wedding cake that makes people rethink everything they thought they knew about “plain vanilla.” This cake does not contain almonds or almond flour.

Browned Butter Vanilla: Vanilla cake, kicked up a notch with browned butter that makes people pause mid-bite and say, “Why is this SO good?”

Natural Red Velvet: My granny’s rich, moist red velvet cake - made without red food dye. The cake bakes up light brown (not red), but delivers all the tangy, cocoa-kissed flavor you expect from a true classic.

Golden Vanilla: A moist, homespun take on a classic yellow cake. It’s warm, nostalgic, and endlessly crowd-pleasing. Available with Oreo chunks baked in for a little extra fun.

Strawberry: All-natural strawberry butter cake made with real strawberries for true fruit flavor with no artificial shortcuts. Fresh, bright, and naturally pink.

Coconut: Golden vanilla cake at the base, finished with rich coconut flavor. Exceptionally moist and available with or without coconut flakes for texture.

Cookie Butter: Biscoff cookie butter and crushed Biscoff cookies baked directly into the cake. Cozy, spiced, and indulgent in the best way.

Apple Cider: A rich butter cake infused with reduced apple cider and warm cinnamon. Cozy, aromatic, and deeply flavorful. It’s a fall favorite that feels nostalgic without being heavy.
